Hi all - please help!

I was able to install the extension and it seemingly works - however - Fireworks will not format any photos, so my folders remain empty -- even though the flash album generator extension says that the album was successful.

I get the following error from fireworks: "Could not run the script" "The file was not found"

HAs anyone else encounted this issue and if so how can i fix it??

Was something not installed correctly that Fireworks is looking for???

any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

HI geroge, thank you for your help. However the fireworks 8 issue is not fixed by following the instuctions in that faq. I did run into that problem at first ( the , "Must have Fireworks 3 to use, please download your free copy at ..." error. that is fixed.

But the bigger issue still remains. Fireworks will not process the images - and instead still gives me the same error "Could not run the script" "The file was not found"

Is there any other information you have that might help??

Without a fix the flash album software is useless to me.

I really would like to be able to use it.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

thank you.
